1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DearERP ("the Service") provided by DearSoft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
DearERP is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that provides inventory management, sales, purchases, accounting, HR, payroll, warranty tracking, and related business management tools on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One business entity per tenant account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with access to the Free Trial plan features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
5. Subscription & Payment
- Paid plans are available on monthly, yearly, and lifetime billing cycles
- Payments can be made via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, SSLCommerz, or other supported methods
- Manual payments are subject to admin approval
- Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods
6. Plan Limits
Each subscription plan has limits on the number of products, users, and warehouses. If you exceed your plan limits, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan.
7. Data Ownership
Your Data, Your Property: All business data you enter into DearERP remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data. You may export your data at any time.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal activities
- Attempt to access other tenants' data
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the software
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell access to the platform without authorization
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
11. Limitation of Liability
DearSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
