Your Right to Delete Data

At DearSoft, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data using any of the following methods:

1 Email Request

Send an email to support@dearsoft.com.bd with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 48 hours.

2 WhatsApp Request

Send a message to +880 1970 004005 requesting account and data deletion. Include your registered email for verification.

3 In-App Request

Login to your DearERP account → Settings → scroll to bottom → click "Delete My Account". This will initiate the deletion process immediately.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information is permanently removed:

Your account profile (name, email, phone)
All business data (products, sales, purchases, inventory)
Customer and supplier records
Financial records (payments, ledger, invoices)
Employee and payroll data
All uploaded files and images
Authentication tokens and session data

Data Deletion for Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, we store only your name, email address, and profile picture from Facebook. When you request data deletion:

All data received from Facebook is permanently deleted
Your DearERP account and all business data is removed
This does not affect your Facebook account in any way

You can also remove DearSoft ERP from your Facebook connected apps by going to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove DearSoft ERP.

Processing Time

             Data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any data you need before requesting deletion.
